Our mission at TheraCO is to pay providers a high hourly wage, provide mentorship, and ensure providers feel valued and appreciated. With this core value, we increase retention rates which is very beneficial for districts, teachers, and especially students. The continuity of quality care is extremely impactful for making significant progress towards student goals.
