Meet Founder Sophia Green– OTD, OTR/L
Dr. Sophia Green, the founder of TheraCO Staffing, is a seasoned school occupational therapist based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Sophia grew up in Germany and Colorado, received her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University and her Occupational Therapy Doctorate at Northern Arizona University.
With years of hands-on experience in pediatric and school therapy, Sophia recognized the unique challenges schools face in finding qualified providers and the hurdles providers encounter in securing the right positions. Sophia’s mission is to find high quality providers to serve students. Driven by a commitment to make quality therapy accessible to all students, she established TheraCO Staffing to provide personalized staffing solutions. Sophia’s understanding of the field combined with her dedication to fostering meaningful connections, ensures that both job seekers and employers achieve their goals.
